Privacy at FLAÜNTE
Your photo is processed to generate try-on outputs and is not kept as a permanent asset beyond what's needed to show you your own results. Try-on results are delivered as time-limited links; we do not use your image to train third-party models or for ads.
FLAÜNTE does not sell, share, or use your personal data for advertising — we make money from subscriptions and API access, not from reselling your data. Profile data you enter (measurements, preferences, style notes) is used to generate try-on results in your account and nowhere else. Contact: privacy@flaunte.com.
What we collect
- Account and contact information you submit (e.g. waitlist email).
- Profile data you enter in the profile builder (measurements, skin and hair signals, category selections, likes and dislikes, brand notes, and optional photos).
- Technical data required to run the service (logs, device and browser metadata, approximate location from IP where applicable).
How we use it
To provide try-on and styling outputs, to improve product quality, to secure the platform, and to communicate with you about FLAÜNTE. We do not sell personal data.
Retention
Your account data is retained for as long as your account is active. Backups are retained for up to 14 days for disaster recovery. If you delete your account, your profile, wardrobe, and generated results are removed; a minimal record of the deletion request itself is kept for our own compliance record-keeping.
Your choices
You can export a copy of your data or delete your account at any time from your account settings — both are self-service and take effect immediately, no support ticket required. This covers GDPR and CCPA access, portability, and deletion rights. To opt out of marketing email, use the unsubscribe link in any marketing message or adjust your notification preferences in Settings.
